How to Get Started

Select your Plan

After downloading the app, select the plan that best suits your needs. Choose between the All Access Plan, 1:1 Virtual Training or the Hybrid Plan. Complete your client profile and onboarding questionnaire.

Variety of Dynamic Workout Routines

Whether you are looking for traditional strength training, targeted accessory work, cardio, high intensity interval training, or restorative stretches and mobility, you will have access to a variety of effective high-quality workouts. Links to any workout equipment needed are available in the resources section of the app to make your fitness experience as seamless as possible.

Nutrition

Nutrition tracking, macro-based meal plans, and hydration tracking helps you properly fuel your body. With the 1:1 Personal Training plan, each week we review your food log to help identify any gaps in your nutrition, go over ways to correct poor eating patterns, and keep you on track

Progress Tracking

Stay on top of your progress with user- friendly tracking features. Progress photos, measurements, workout and nutrition logs are all conveniently stored in your client profile. Connect your wearable device to the app (ie. FitBit, Apple Watch, etc) to monitor your heart rate, calories burned, total steps, etc during your workout.

Hi! My name is Natalie (Nat), owner and operator of Nat's Fit Club. I am located in Cocoa Beach, FL where I am a full- time NASM-Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness instructor. I am so happy that you are choosing me to be a part of your fitness journey! I have always been passionate about health and fitness, and in 2022 I decided to take a leap of faith and turn that passion into a career. Fast forward a few years, and I have found myself with a full training schedule, and a wonderful in-person client base that continues to grow. I realized it was time to take my training to the next level by creating a streamlined way to make my programming accessible to everyone. Taking my fitness business online was the next logical step! I am constantly finding new and innovative ways to challenge my clients, while maintaining consistency and progressive overload, resulting in gains in not only their fitness levels, but in their confidence levels as well, as they continue to achieve new goals and skill levels. I truly look forward to cultivating genuine connection with new clients, and strengthening my relationship with existing clients. My ultimate goal is to empower and elevate those around me through helping them to become the healthiest and happiest version of themselves.
