Hi! My name is Natalie (Nat), owner and operator of Nat's Fit Club. I am located in Cocoa Beach, FL where I am a full- time NASM-Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness instructor. I am so happy that you are choosing me to be a part of your fitness journey! I have always been passionate about health and fitness, and in 2022 I decided to take a leap of faith and turn that passion into a career. Fast forward a few years, and I have found myself with a full training schedule, and a wonderful in-person client base that continues to grow. I realized it was time to take my training to the next level by creating a streamlined way to make my programming accessible to everyone. Taking my fitness business online was the next logical step! I am constantly finding new and innovative ways to challenge my clients, while maintaining consistency and progressive overload, resulting in gains in not only their fitness levels, but in their confidence levels as well, as they continue to achieve new goals and skill levels.
