Hybrid Plan

A mix of in-person and virtual personal training.

Plan Includes

  • 1 45 minute in- person training session per week OR 2 group classes per week

  • Customized monthly workout program

  • Access to macro- based nutrition log and resources page

  • In- person fitness assessment to determine client's baseline fitness level and go over client goals and expectations *Priced independently from package

  • You must be able to commit to all of your in- person sessions. In- person sessions expire after 1 month. (For example, if you cannot make your in-person session(s) for the week, you can schedule make up sessions for the following week, but they do not carry over indefinitely).

How it works

  • Purchase plan and schedule in -person assessment
  • After assessment, a personalized workout program is assigned to you within 24-48 hours
  • In person sessions include either one 45 minute 1:1 personal training session, or 2 small group classes per week
  • All other workouts are assigned in your personalized workout schedule to complete on your own time throughout the week.
  • Workouts are programmed based on your individual needs and goals
